The State Family Program Director is responsible for the execution and success of the Joint Support Services/Warrior & Family Services (JSS/WFS). Through collaboration, coordination and communication, the SFPD will synchronize all JSS/WFS assets to ensure efficiency and program/mission success.

FRSA/A&FRPM, as Family Readiness subject matter experts, provide direct support to ARNG and ANG Commanders in regard to the implementation and sustainment of the Family Readiness Program with their respective units.
