State Family Program Director (SFPD)
The State Family Program Director is responsible for the execution and success of the Joint Support Services/Warrior & Family Services (JSS/WFS). Through collaboration, coordination and communication, the SFPD will synchronize all JSS/WFS assets to ensure efficiency and program/mission success.
Family Assistance Centers (FAC)
Our Statewide Assistance Centers provide compressive, coordinated , and responsive services to include referral within the State Family Program or local community. Referral services include the agencies listed below, as well as financial services, legal, TRICARE, crisis intervention and community outreach.

FAMILY READINESS SUPPORT ASSISTANTS (FRSA) AIRMAN AND FAMILY READINESS PROGRAM MANAGER (A&FRPM)
Advocate and support service members and their families by promoting mental fitness and ultimately operational readiness through confidential no-cost counseling services, referrals, case management, collaboration and support services including, but not limited to the following:
- Critical Incident Management
- Commander Consultation
- Leadership Training
- Suicide Awareness
- Effective Communication
- Wellness Education
- Assessment and Referrals
Child and Youth Services
CYS implements and facilitates training/readiness programs for military youth. It also provides child and youth referral and resources to service members and families to reduce challenges that arise from military service. CYS engages with the community and local agencies to educate them on their military youth. Outreach Programs include, but are not limited to: NGB Youth Program presentations, volunteer opportunities, summer/winter camps, National conference, youth workshops, and ROPES course.

RESILIENCE, RISK REDUCTION AND SUICIDE PREVENTION PROGRAM MANAGER
nform service members and families of educational benefits available through a variety of programs based on service specific eligibility. Assist with transferring education benefits 90 days prior to discharge.
Post Deployment Health Reassessment Manager (PDHRA)
Allow service members and health care providers the opportunity to identify potential health issues before they become chronic conditions and treat known health problems before they affect a service members deployment status or career. The PDHRA also empowers servicemen and women to proactively take charge of their health so that they receive the DoD and Veterans Affairs sponsored health services they have earned through their service.
Master Resiliency Trainer and Coordinator (MRT)
MRT is part of Compressive Soldier Fitness. It is designed to enhance a soldier's mettle, mind and mental thinking and focuses on the five dimensions of strength: emotional, social, spiritual, family and physical. This program will teach soldiers and civilians how to strengthen themselves which in turn will strengthen relationships with family, friends and co-workers leading to a better working environment and becoming a more productive work force.
Employer Support of Guard and Reserve (ESGR)
Informs and educates service members and their civilian employers regarding their rights and responsibilities governed by the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA). ESGR's mission is to gain and maintain support for National Guard and Reserve Component members by recognizing outstanding support, increasing awareness of the USERRA law, and resolving conflict through mediation.
Transition Assistance Advisor (TAA)
TAA serves as the Alaska National Guard primary point of contact for assisting members in accessing/navigating VA benefits and healthcare services. TAA's also provide assistance obtaining entitlements through the TRICARE Military Health System and access to community resources.
