  • If more than 30 days have passed since your claim was submitted call the Applicant Assistance Unit to verify receipt of your claim.
  • If more than 60 days have passes you should contact the cemetery or funeral home to inquire if they have received it.  If they have not received it, you may contact the Applicant Assistance Unit
